Optional · Moïen Management

Of rent collected (minimum €15 excluding VAT/month), in addition to the rental success fee.
Moïen Management is optional. You can list and rent out your property through Moïen without activating monthly management.
Moïen Management may include: rent collection, payment tracking, automatic reminders, lease document management, document signing, payment allocation, agency / landlord payment flows, financial tracking, tenant / landlord messaging.
Short-term rental
6% per booking, paid by the host. Free listings. Moïen guest service fee: 0%. Guests always see the total price before paying.
Subletting
List for free. For each successful booking, revenue is split: 25% landlord, 69% main tenant, 6% Moïen.
